  3. The video is amazing, I am amazed with how far has humanity come to with technology. But as even Elon Musk states, Artificial Intelligence will inevitably overcome us. I like and support most of this projects, like leaving fossil fuels behind and replace them with sustainable energy sources, because it is necessary for the prevalence of mankind and the rest of species on Earth; but some of them like the IoT and "robo-workers" may be worrisome, because robots replacing workers in most jobs will definitely lead to global unemployment and the idea of everything being connected by internet can have problems with power outages.

I've liked the video very much, it's very interesting how the humanity is going to be capable of going so far with the tecnological advances. I am very excited for watching by my own all this things and being part of them, especially for the space vacation it will be amazing that a normal family could travel thru the space for vacations. The capacity of the human been for creating things is very suprising.

      Story:
When he was on 11th grade, Ken had already won three different science competences. In which one he has made incredible inventions like a powerful robot who cooked by itself or a huge computer that could manage a whole business network. His mental capacity was amazing, all the school and friends were surprised, he was a genius! But this was only the beginning, when he was 21, he met Cindy at the science college, she was a spectacular woman, she was exactly like Ken, a very smart girl with an amazing pleasure for the science. While the months were passing Ken and Cindy felt in love and began to create their first invention: a solidary enterprise which helped people for finding job. The two powerful minds had maked this enterprise into an international plataform for searching jobs, it was amazing, all the world began to know about this two genius. The money began to appear in their hands so they started to work in the project that bouth had been waiting for a long time: the cure for the cancer. They started to investigate with the best medics of all the world, it was a long research but seven years later they finally made it. The cure was a complete success, Kim and Cindy became the most respected and millionaire couple in all the world, the illness of cancer wasn’t a problem anymore in all the world. After this they decide to get married and made the best celebration of all times.

  7. Although I really like the video and found it of great importance to humanity, I do not think it is rational to compare technological advances, stories like exploration on Mars, with advances in the mentality of people and in the ability to put yourself in place on the other, as it is in the case of gender equality at work, since, at least I, see this type of progress much more possible and close to achieving.

As Ken grew up, he was transformed into an agile bank robber, because of his great ability to arm and disarm things he had learned over the years to put himself into vaults and to open locks very easily. He eventually found a woman who was planning a big robbery and felt in love immediately.
He had already robbed some banks, but nothing as important as this.. They began to organize it many months before, because he had already tried at this bank years ago but the guards has discovered him. They decided to take advanced mechanics courses so they not made any mistakes
Finally the day they had been waiting for came and they managed to carry out their perfect plan, or at least they believed it…

  10. Such a great video! I think that is very important to use tecnology in our favor and advance with it. Nowadays we are living with tecnolgy everywhere and if we use it properly it humans could create an easier lifestyle for everyone. I stongly belive that our way of going to school, studying, traveling, transporting, and all that kind of stuff that we usually do in our days wil change with tecnology and i hope that one day humans have everything resolve to make life more pleasant. Also i think that in this journey of growing up with tecnology, humans don´t have to forget what we are what it feels like to be human. It´s very important that our essence of being alive continues while we are on earth because is very easy to get lost whit this kind of science.

Ken started to repair things and win science competitions at school, not only for his hands abilities, he was extremely intelligent, he was kind of a genius and a celebrity between his schoolmates. When Ken was 18 years old, he was highly recognized in a world conference of science, with great ideas and amazing projects, he won a spot at the best science university in the world, where he met Cindy, the love of his life, she was his soulmate. After 10 years,
Ken and Cindy get married, and created a company, which gained popularity very quickly, months after that, because of the success of their company, they were the most recognized scientists worldwide. But, last week, Ken and Cindy were arrested in London, just hours before the world conference of science of this year. The police found more than $250.000 in cash in their suitcase. Both of them insists they are innocent. “I don’t know how the money got in our luggage” Ken told the police. The couple says that they saw a mistery man around his hotel room in London.

From the sadness of knowing that gender equality is not close to happen, the concern of realizing that thanks to technology people are gonna lose their jobs (some of them are already losing them), to the happines and hope of knowing that there might be a chance to save the planet with all the renewable energy. The video really scared me, because now I think that maybe, I will never be able to work like my parents, because a robot will do it for me. Also, it's really surprising how the world will change in only a few years. I hope that these changes aren't going to be dangerous for the humanity. Here's my story for the first ending:But he had a problem, he was alone. He didn’t have many friends because the kids in his class taught that he was a “nerd”. One day, he decided to end this problem. He tell all of his classmates and his parents, that he was going to have a new friend. People played along to keep him from feeling worse. He locked himself in his room for over six months. He wasn’t meditating well all of the stuff in his life when he made that decision. His family had been waiting for a really long time when he finally came out of the room. The first thing that he said, was to his mother. He said: “Mommy, had you ever seen a robot, that at the same time, can be your best friend, before this moment?”. And that was the moment when he showed to the world his new invention, a huge robot who can talk, write, and show his feelings. “What were you thinking when you invented it?” asked his physics teacher when he presented the robot at the state science fair, which is usually only for adults. And he answered: “I just wanted to feel a little bit less lonely.” He obviously won the science fair, and also met the love of his life. Her name was Cindy, and she had also participated in the fair. She presented a performance where his dog sang the C scale. It was pretty good, but not as good as the robot. She won the second place, with only 12 years old. They became the most recognized scientist in the world. They fell in love, and Ken was never alone again.

  15. Very interesting video! Still, I disagree on quite a few points that it touches. As in the 7th that says that all our things are going to be connected to each other via the internet. Or the 6th saying that it takes 138 years for gender equality to exist in its entirety. In the first place, gender equality is a globally unequal spectrum and I don't believe that such an accurate approach can be made. And on the other point, I doubt that a virtual connection between non-digital elements such as milk or a shirt will be achieved so quickly. The rest of the points I feel can be real for 2050.

  16. Ken Passel grew up in a small, working-class family in Detroit, Michigan. His father was an auto mechanic and his mother worked in a factory. When Ken was a child, he was very good with his hands. During his childhood, he has always been interested in the space and all the mysteries that the stars hide. When he was twelve, he built a machine that could comunicate the earth with other plantes even beyond our Galaxy. He called his device “intertalkerGX12” and it worked using the amplitude and frequency of the waves. It was an amazing discover and two weeks later he got a called from NASA. They invited him to work with them and to lead an important mision for humanity. The mision was called “Talking to aliens pt.3” and Ken had to send a message with the intertalkerGX12 and wait for a response. Three days after the first delivered message he heard that the machine was saying something very low. He didn´t understood anything until he heard a voice saying “hello” from the device, thats when he realized he had been talking to the aliens hours ago. After days of talking, Ken invited the aliens to the earth. They were very exited for coming and they arrived two weeks later. At the meeting, Ken saw Cindy, the daughter of the alien King, called Rollo. Rollo´s daughter was the smartest woman in all her kingdom and was the only one who talked english, so she started to talk to Ken about her planet and her culture. They fell in love, but the aliens had to go back to their planet soon. Ken loved Cindy and they had already discussed the possibility of living on earth so he wasn't going to let her go before talking to Rollo and convince him of letting her stay. After hours of talking, Rollo said yes but only if he could came two times every month to visit her daughter. The couple was so happy that they decided to get married. The wedding was the biggest in the history of Los Angeles. After the ceremony, Ken and Cindy left on their private yacht for a honeymoon cruise to Baja, Mexico. When they return, they will live on their twenty-room mansion in Beverly Hills.

As far as I would like these things to become real before 2050 I can’t really see them become a reality in such a short span of time. If movies and books (like Back to the Future) once said we would have had flying cars and advanced technology by 2015, then the suppositions we have now about the future might not happen even if they’re already in progress. And not only that, but also, they might not be necessary or wanted in the years to come which’ll make their respective projects left behind and unfinished. In my personal opinion, I feel like this video is seeing things in a light too positive for its own good.

  19. I think that in the video most of the inventions are related to technology, I am a really sceptical person and I don’t trust technology that much so I am not a fan of almost any of these ideas. I can’t deny that many of them may be helpful but I think that we are each day relying more and more in machines and I don´t think that is a good idea, I think that we need to coexist with technology, not let it do everything for us. I get it may be fun to some people but why don’t we resolve bigger issues that we have here on earth before we go one week to the moon to relax. I think many of these ideas seem really futuristic and exiting but I don’t see them as a solution to all of our problems, maybe I am a bit negative but (not all of them for example I think the “Go Go gadget arm” and the “Insta home” are exelent and brilliant ideas to work with) I think there are a lot that I’m not sure if they contribute more good or worse into this already messed up world.

  21. Ken won every science fair there was at school, his biggest rival was Cindy a girl with blond hair, really smart, with the best grades, the problem is that she wasn´t as passionate in science as Ken was, so she always ended up at second place, with her volcanos and battery potatos. On the other hand, Ken created the most ingenious machines, such as robotic hands, pocket solar panels, and a climate machine. One day Ken and Cindy were forced to team up to the science fair, unfortunately they didn’t get the first place, but they became really good friends and they started hanging out, doing everything together and finally dating. When they finished school, they went to the same university to study mechanical engineering. A lot of years passed and they created a really succesful company that worked with renewable energy and made millions of dollars. Thanks to all the good that their company did to the enviroment, they became one of the most loved, popular and rich couples of America, they moved to Los Angeles and got married…

  22. Story:
Throughout the years he kept using his hand to create amazing things. He decided that he was going to be an engineer. He wanted to create the most amazing things to help humanity become better. And so he did, he went to the best college with a scholarship. His parents were so proud of him. But his sister was jealous because their parents didn’t pay attention to her. Ken didn’t’ know that all this time his sister had been hurting inside because of his success. He realized that he wasn’t paying attention to his sister and talked to his parents about it. He talked to his sister and apologized, his sister forgave him and they went together to a party. There Ken met the most beautiful woman he had ever seen, they fell in love, moved to Los Angeles and got married.

    Video:
I think the video is really interesting, but there are a few things that I’m not too excited about. I will love that in the near future all of the energy we use is renewable, because I think taking care of the planet we live in it’s a really important thing to do. I’m not too excited about the changes that include depending of technology as a lifestyle; I think that we should coexist with technology and use to our favor but never depend on it. I will also love that in the near future we finally get gender equality, because we should have had that a long time ago. Finally, I think that all of the things that were mentioned in the video are really interesting, but I’m not really sure all of them will happen before 2050. I hope some of them come true by 2050 but I wouldn’t mind if things, like flying to space or robots doing your work doesn’t happen. Overall I think the video is really interesting and a good way to imagine how our life will be in thirty years.

I think it is very interesting to speculate about what the future will look like. Although I don’t think things will be exactly as they appear in the video, but I do believe they will be heading in that direction. For example, I don’t think that by 2032 we will have a human base in Mars, but I do believe that spaceships and that sort of machines will exist and even be more sophisticated. I also find a bit weird to talk about things that we may have in the future and that probably be so different of what we already have, and I wonder if I’ll be able to adapt myself to all those new technologies because, in the video, it seems that they will come in very soon.

  24. I found the video very entertaining, all though I think it’s sad that we are closer to travel to mars than we are to achieve gender equality. However, I am hopeful that as the new generations grow older, consciousness will be spread about this matter and it will advance faster than it has until now.
As for the new technologies, I’m sure they’re inevitable, and even though they might be scary, they could be the key to reversing climate change, which is something we desperately need.

The video shows only the positive things about those creations, but the negative side is not seen, the use that humanity can give it is very dangerous. also, the evolution of the technology shown in the video means the human Will have less and less things to do, that can generate depression and many other problems. In conclusion, these technologies can be very good if humans were prepared for them.

  27. My story: Ken Passell grew up in a small, working-class family in Detroit, Michigan. His father was an auto mechanic and his mother worked in a factory. When Ken was a child, he was very good with his hands, and also very interested in chemistry and science. Sadly he wasn’t doing great at school, he tried his best but his grades didn’t reflect that, he managed to graduate with just the average and went to college to study biochemistry. He didn’t last a year and dropped out, he had no idea what to do, he hated the way the education system worked and the only thing he was sure of was that he didn’t wanted to come back to college. He started uploading videos of his inventions on the media and became really, really famous, a big business company contacted him, they wanted to promote him and sell his inventions, Ken immediately said yes. He signed a contract for ten years and he started winning lots of money, he also met Cindy a very intelligent and famous woman that worked for the company, and they fell in love. Together they become one of the richest couple, and after five years they decided to get married, the wedding was the biggest in the history of Los Angeles. My comment: I found the video very interesting, but it scares me, I fear the thought of technology advancing so much, I agree with finding new sources of energy that can replace coal, or new ways of transports that substitute airplanes witch pollute a lot, but a machine replacing a driver or hotels on the moon makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. But I agree with the gender equality part.

  29. I found the video very interesting, because it showed up how humanity has developed really advanced technologies in a really short period of time, and i think it was very clear and accurate with the things it explained. However, I believe that the video was focusing too much in the positive aspects of technology development. It only showed good things about it, when in reality, it disguises a lot of risks, especially when it comes to privacy and personal information. I also think that maybe not all of this things would happen before 2050, because several times movies or series have shown humanity in the 21st century living in futuristic cities, with robots everywhere, flying cars, etc., and the reality today is very different.

  30. I really liked the video, not only because I thought everything was well explained, but mainly because I find really interesting what could happen in the next few years. I find it crazy to think that only a few years ago, thinking about the future with flying cars and robots taking over everything was only a topic for science fiction movies. Something that seemed so far away, but that now is actually happening. I liked that the video talked about how robots could potentially replace humans in various jobs, but I personally find it really scary, because I don't like the idea of putting our trust into machines doing such important things as balancing the economy or even a brain surgery. For me, the craziest part about the video was when they talked about everyone being able to travel to space at some point. I find that unbelievable! But I would actually be very glad if I could go to space. I'm very excited but also frightened to see what would happen in the near future!

Since he was ten years old he used to take the underground from his school to his home, and for years he had used his skillful hands to steal passengers’ wallets, even though, he never got caught, because he had been very careful whenever he stole something.
By the age of 16, a girl named Cindy caught him on the spot: stealing the principal’s car keys. He realized then that he, for the first time, had been caught, but he did not understand why she told no one. The thing was that she was surprised, in a good way.
The day after, she approached again, and she said that she was amazed by him.
The years passed and they got married. Ken started working in a jewelry and Cindy was a 5th grade teacher.
One day, at the jewelry, its owner, Mr. Knight told Ken’s supervisor that the keys to the safe were on his desk, locked up. Ken saw an opportunity to steal enough to go away with Cindy and never got caught, but he did not know they were cameras in the room.

  32. At first, I thought everything in the video was impossible, but after thinking about it you realize it is possible. It seems like technologie can do a lot of good but I don't like the idea of making everything automatic, i feel like it makes us less humans (After a week in quarantin i'm aware of how awful it's doing nothing all day). Also, I really want to believe it could be true but i don't have that much hope about climate politics.

    story:
Ken Passell grew up in a small, working-class family in Detroit, Michigan. His father was an auto mechanic and his mother worked in a factory. When he was a child, he was very good with his hands.
During high school he was always the top student and got the best grades, one time, he even won an award for a robot he had built. Ken Passell had the biggest imagination and an amazing talent. Growing up, he invented a machine that was able to open any lock on any door, but he couldn’t sell it because every once in a while, the machine made the door explode. Anyway, he never gave up and continued experimenting. Years later, in college, he met a woman named Cindy, who had also been the top of her class. They fell in love right away and had been working together since.
One day, they achieved a project they had been developing for a long year; they reinvented the machine Ken built as a child, and it could now open, not only physical door locks, but also crack every password and every code they wanted. It was a million-dollar empire. The couple started working for big businesspeople, helping them with their shady business affairs. Passell and Cindy were living their dream while becoming very rich, very fast.
Their last job was especially profitable. They had been dealing for a while with an upstanding man called Jaime Mañalich, and after collecting their payment, decided to leave the business and retire peacefully in England. They had won a lot of money so Cindy decided that the best thing to do was to carry it all in a suitcase on the plain. Unfortunately, the plan didn´t go well and the couple was arrested in London last week. Police found more than $250,000 in cash in their suitcase. They insist they are innocent. “I don’t know how the money got in our luggage,” Ken told the police.

  33. I really liked the video because I thought everything was explained really well and the topic was quite interesting. However, I hate the idea of being fully dependant on robots and the internet and i honestly think some of the technological advances shown in the video (ex. the internet of things) are pretty much useless and it's scary to even think about that being a reality and living in a world where robots do everything for us. I think we can and should take technological advances to our advantage but i think taking them to that level is far too much. Also, judging by the rate that humanity is going at in trying to reduce climate change, I highly doubt we'll be completely dependant on renewable energy by 2050.

  34. Ken Passel grew up in a small, working-class family in Detroit, Michigan. His father was an auto mechanic and his mother worked in a factory. When Ken was a child, he was very good with his hands.

Then he grew up and everyone used to told him he was really talented, but when he had applied for different jobs nobody listened anything about his talent, they just worried about his family name, the school where he had studied in and his parent's jobs. One day he was walking in the street when a guy showed up. He had been looking since many months for a person interested in making copies of expensive watches and selling them. Like Ken didn't have a job, he accepted and learned how to make them. There he met Cindy, a beautiful girl who worked in the same business and they fell in love. A month ago, they had lived together for 7 years and they had had two kids, until their boss called them to told them they had a big sale next week.

Ken and his wife, Cindy, were arrested in London last week. Police found more than $250,000 in cash in their suitcase. The couple insists they are innocent. "I don't know how the money got in our luggage," Ken told the police.

All his childhood, Ken used his abilities to earn money in one way or another. For
example he used to sell toys to other kids, one day he was building something when he met Cindy, an extrovert and curious girl that quickly became Ken’s partner in business and years of friendship later, his girlfriend.
Time went by and suddenly they were teenagers, they had been selling things for years and they did very well so Cindy suggested to Ken that he should start his own company in which he could create thing that passioned him and she , as always, could manage the business part. That’s how the couple started their toy’s factory, for it’s one year anniversary they had already sold one million toys and the couple was living in Beverly Hills and they were engaged.

He was creative, he loved to build things, but he didn’t like math, that was a problem, but he didn’t give up. He tried hard and entered the university to study engineering so he can invent a lot of things. He didn’t have good grades, for him it was really difficult, all his friends laughed at him for being stupid and nerdy, until the big test, he got a seven, he was the best mark, he had been studying a lot. Ken decided to get away from his friends, they were really mean, so he was alone, he was the weirdest of the class. He spent hours building things and creating new things, everyone made fun of him. He was sad and alone until he met Cindy, another weirdo. They met at the university library, Ken was reading a book when Cindy borrowed him the book, they started talking and they had many things in common, they fell in love and two months later they were a couple. Ken graduated and created the most important invention in the world, he became millionaire and with Cindy decided to get married, all his colleagues were jealous of his perfect life.

While Ken was living in Detroit he had a a very good friend called Cindy. Cindy was a very smart girl who went to the same primary school as Ken and the had met there, but she was jealous of Ken becouse she always wanted to be as good as Ken with the hands. Anyway, at the age 12, just before secondary school, Ken and his family moved to New York, and Cindy didn’t know anything from Ken again until university. Cindy entered the engineer carreer in Yale. It wasn’t easy but there she was, studyng for her dreams. At first, all went normal for Cindy, she had entered the campus and went into her room. But when the first day arrived she couldn’t help to see Ken in the class. It was very weird that the two of them entered the same university at the same carreer. Later, Cindy went to Ken to greet him and see what he had been doing for all those years. They had a very long conversation and they decided that they must meet again. And so it was, Cindy and Ken had met several times and slowly both fell in love. They strated hanging out and four years later they graduated togheter. Then, they decided to move togheter to LA and live togheter because they both thought it was a very nice city and because they had been hanging out already for a really good time. They were really succesful, and they started earning a lot of money. After eight years of living in LA they decided to marry.

I think the video was very intersting because it shows us a Little look into the future, and that it is not as bad as we all thought it would be. So I think it is a very optimistic look, and I think it is Good knowing, or at least thinking that mankind is not going to extinguish in a nearly future.

  38. I really liked the video! I find very interesting the way that the video approaches technology as something that could change our quality of life and make it more cheaper and easy. Although, I wonder if humanity will be ready and will know how not to take advantage of this and make progress, instead of going backwards. Also, I was very amazed when gender equality was mentioned, however, the fact that it won’t be achieved until 138 more years I find it very discouraging, especially because it if of great importance that this be achieved for truly efficient progress, that should be for everyone and not only for a few.

working fully with renewable energies. But I can’t ignore the fact that technology is
fundamentally consuming our liviles. I'm very worried that we’ll end up like an episode
of Black Mirror (the Netflix show). Why can’t we see a future where we live with
technology but not everything depends on it? I feel uncomfortable picturing a robot

I specially liked that the video didn't just said things that could happen without any research. I also liked the inclusion of non technology related things that could happen as gender equality.

Story: Ken was also a really good student, he even got into college a year early! But when he was in college, misfortune stroked. His father's business went bankrupt. His father did all he could so he could get a job, but no-one needed someone with his qualifications. Her mother did all he could to maintain the family, but it wasn't enough. Ken needed to do something, he told a friend he had in college, Cindy, about his situation. She taught him how to pickpocket. And like that, Ken become a criminal. He knew that at this point there wasn't going back. It turned out that Ken was really good at stealing. He started to do a lot of robberies with Cindy, and they got very close, they started to joke about that they were the new Bonnie and Clyde, then started dating and finally they got married. As a celebration, they planned a bank robbery. When they were in their honeymoon, they robbed a bank and went back to Detroit with the money in a suitcase, but they didn't take into a count one thing, suitcase inspection, a practice that's always made in airports...

I think that there are great things that I want them to be done now. Like the renewable energy. But there are others that scared me and i found creepy. For example, live in a house that knows everything you’re doing and can do things for you.
On the other hand, the things that involve being in the space impressed me. But made me thought that the humanity isn’t taking care of the earth when it needs the most.

I really liked this video because it explain very well the technological advances that humanity may achieve in just a few decades. Although I consider some of the ideas to be dangerous or damaging to society, most, like renewable energies, full gender equality and modern prosthetic limbs are really amazing, and could improve the life quality for everyone. I truly believe everything said in this video is more than achievable, and it is just incredible how humans can develop things that ironically humans themselves consider impossible. I hope this advances can help humanity sustain itself and society for us not to fall into a very likely caos and ruin before the year 2100, but this kind of stuff surely gives hope.

  50. I like how diverse these topics are. I believe that In order to make all these tecnological changes positive, we need to put limits, otherwise we will loose our autonomy and privacy. Also, I agree that very soon we will explore the universe (thats awesome), but the fact that they already have the idea of space hotels and things like that Is not that awesome. Something i thought about the enviroment part (hot topic), is that to hope for it is to hope for systemical and territorial justice. There is not one without the other. So this video left me thinking on bigger challenges for the future. And I would like to see that while im still alive. Very interesting!

  59. Pretty good video. Even if it's not certain, i think it's cool to get a little taste of what humanity could be. Some of the things mentioned in the video have different impacts on the future, and in different areas, but that is what makes the future unpredictable. Depending on what happens today, maybe some of those things will never happen. I think that is up to us (the young generation) to work so that those changes can be carried out.

Sorry for the delay miss :)

  60. I found the video really interesting and well-explained. In a few minutes, I learnt about many things that will change within 30 years or less. We are making such good improvements in technology that will give many people a better life quality, like faster transport, more practical and comfortable prosthesis and an increase on reusable energies. In that sense, I feel like we might be going in the right direction. On the other side, some things said on the video disturbed me a bit. I think technology is such an amazing tool, but it would be a mistake to let it get into every aspect of our lives. It’s important to keep doing the little, simple things, like cooking or washing the dishes, maybe with a little help but without relying it all on a machine. I think the job issue with technological advance is worrying, but it is expectable. And for everyone’s peace of mind, I think there will still appear new jobs and professions for us human beings, and some that will not be fully replaced, like artists, lawyers, therapists, etc. If we want to keep improving, at least until 2050, we have to take care of the planet we have, we shall not let technology control it all and we have to remember that no mechanic system will ever understand human beings as well as they themselves do.

  61. I think the video was very interesting and I discovered things I never imagined would exist. Technology advances very fast and these improvements will give many people a better life and a second chance for humanity to fix all the disasters we have made. These inventions will help to the people to travel faster and will give people who have lost body parts a second chance, and I think that's fantastic. But I also think it would be a mistake and an abuse of technology if we replace every aspect of our lives with it. I wouldn't like to have robots everywhere doing all the things we used to do, i think tha t could create other problems like unemployment or more inequality because obviously these inventions at the beginning would be very expensive and only the privileged class would access. I understand that we can't stop technology, but I think we have to controled it and to direct it to the big problems we have like climate chrisis and the injustices our society has.

  63. I enjoyed the video, but it is quite unrealistic and outdated. For example, there are already many criticisms that have been made to the Hyperloop project, due to inconsistencies in its construction and how unsustainable it is economically. On Mars, it is becoming an increasingly distant possibility. Trump cut considerably NASA's budget, compromising this project. Mars One already filed for bankruptcy 14 months ago because the project was unfeasible and Mars One is now considered to have been a scam. Space x is a project that sort of still stands anyways. I firmly believe that projects like expeditions to Mars are completely unnecessary for our current society and are a vulgar mockery of the economic needs of the majority of the population. I think the same about quite a few of these projects, others of course not. It seems to me that the advances in technology - which are exponential - can be of great help to human beings, but these advances must be focused on the real needs of our society and not on the ridiculous interests of the elites and the corporate classes.

  64. I liked the video quite a lot, especially the production and aesthetic.
I'm really happy with most of the changes to come, however i do not IoT (internet of things). I like doing things for myself, feel in control of my own life and i think that if everything was "smart" we would lose some freedom.
I'm also really excited about the prosthetics advancements and the 3D printing, but i think they will take more time to develop than 30 years, you'd have to adapt every city to be able to keep up with 3D printing, and many other things will become obsolete.
I look forward to more videos like this.

  65. (Sorry for the delay , but I couldn't open the website)

I'm amazed by all the things that humanity could eventually reach by 2050, but I do think that is quite unrealistic, specially about the number three, because as a global society we have shown how uncapable we are of taking care of nature and the planet. We are way too individualist to care that much about the climate change. Also travel to Mars, I personally think is an unnecessary project. That money could be used to help our current society, for example those that live in extreme situations of poverty or are trapped in war. If we are not taking care of our people here on earth, I can't imagine how could we do it in another planet.
Apart from those things, I do know about 3D pringting and I believe this could give a big opportunity to disabled people and it could save a lot of lives.
I wish someday we can reach all of the points that the video shows, but I don't think all of them will happen by 2050.

  66. I apreciate the efforts made by the creator in their attempt at making an attractive way to inform people about such amazing topics such as the future of technology and humanity. I can recognize the care in the craft and the optimism it can give to people that are hopeless thinking capitalism will lead humankind to extinction before 2030. It was a good project in theory, but after the first five minutes the video started to feel monotone and boring, and I feel the format, or the video, could have been better. If I was the person to inform people about the projects I would have made the video a bit shorter, or made the script more like a conversation and less like a list. And at first I wouldn't have made a video and I would have made a blog with each of the news in detail, or divulge it with an instagram page with the images, or sections of the same video divided so the information can be digested with ease. And for another tip, I would have quoted my sources of information in the description of the video to give more credibility to my work. About the future, I still think it is too optimistic to think we will be around for 2050 when we are not even sure if we can survive a pandemic, or capitalism in this year. I again apreciate the efforts of the author and apologize for my delay on submitting my comment, as I had problems with the page and could not find the comment button. I am grateful for your attention. Hope you have a nice day.

    Sincerely

  67. I really enjoyed the video, it s nice to see how people is creating such crazy ideas. But I have to admit that giving technology so much importance in our lives, more than it already has, and letting it almost replace us, is kind of scary. I would feel quiet insecure because we woulnd t have control anymore and that could be an ugly ending for us. On the other hand, if it can help us stop destroying our planet or give disabled people back their old lives, I think we should go for it. And even if I like the idea of travelling really fast or the incredibe "spacecation" , I think we should concentrate on more important things firts, like helping people that doesn t have acces to a good health system for example, especially now, and so many things that are more urgent than some crazy vacations. What I m really looking forward to, is gender equality to become a real thing, all around the world, as soon as possible.
