  2. The laptop was made in 1979 by William Moggride. He born in 1943 and he has was the co-founder of the design company IDEO1 and was the director of the Cooper-Hewitt Nacional Museum of Design. The first laptop was called "Grid Compass" and the first unit was sold in 1982. It was manufactured by GRID Systems Corporation and it cost US$9000. NASA used one of these pieces of equipment on the space shuttle during the 1980s, valuing its power and lightness. This fact gives the GRID Compass the honor of being the first laptop to visit space. Laptops have been an increasingly accesible since 1979.

  3. The first coffee maker was invented in 1802 by a pharmacist named Francois Antoine Descroisilles, who joined two metal containers to form a structure with a strainer. The first coffee maker was called CafΓ©olette. But in 1873 when the first North American corporation patented a brand of coffee makers. Over the years, technology has done its job and allowed the evolution of the art of coffee.Clearly in the past having a coffee maker was a complete luxury, however today coffee makers have become much more accessible to the public.

  4. The bike was invented by the italian engineer, Giovanni Fontana in 1418, who constructed a human powered device consisting of four wheels and a loop of rope connected by gears. Later it developed into what we know today as a bicycle, by others inventors. The firsts was made of wood. In 1885 appears the safety bicycle by John Kemp with bicycle brakes, and with a better wheels. In Europe, in the most developed countries the bike is the most used transport

  5. The paper was made in 105 b.C in China. Cai Lun invented this material and he presented to the emperor He de Han like a novel way of writing surface, others writing surface before the paper was the papyrus but this one was very heavy because was made of leather, the paper is made of tree bark, that makes it a perfect surface. The paper has been in the history of humanity the best way to write and pass knowledge from generation to generation.

    The first pc, if you can call it a personal computer, it was made in 1981 by a team of engineers and designers under the direction of Don Estridge and William C. Lowe of the IBM Entry Systems Division in Boca Raton, Florida. This computer wasn’t the smallest pc ever and it weighed 11 kilograms. as it was new for the time, 1500 dollars was the price of the computer, and let's say that not much could be done in it

  7. The first cell phone is from 1973. The cell phone's name is DynaTac 8000X, it was Motorola. The phone was only limited to making calls. Years later, messages, photos and access to the Internet were added. The creation of portable telephones was in the end of the second world war, as a consequence of the strong productive advance for the time. From 1990 the use went globalizing. In 2010 they are given the name of smartphone, because it can do the same as a computer.

  8. The first mechanical dishwashing was registered in 1850 in the United States by Joel Houghton. This device was made of wood and was cranked by hand while water sprayed onto the dishes. The most successful of the hand-powered dishwashers was invented in 1886 by Josephine Cochrane together with mechanic George Butter. drying elements were added in 1940. The adoption of the appliance was first made in bars and restaurants, but from the 1970s on, it also became popular in homes.
